Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes, please contact us at (+65) 6382 2288 to place an order over the phone.

Would I receive a notification when my order is shipped out?

Yes, you will be notified via email.

What if I provide an incorrect address or contact number?

Please call us at (+65) 6382 2288 or email us at sales@av1group.com.sg and have your order confirmation number ready. If the order hasn’t been shipped, we will be able to change the address for you.


DELIVERY

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be processed within 3-5 working days.  


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

What are your return and exchange policies?

Should you receive a faulty item, you have up to 7 days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return by dropping us an email at sales@av1group.com.sgUpon acknowledgement, you may proceed to ship the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will evaluate the defects and get in touch with you accordingly.

Note: Return of items are only applicable for manufacturing defects. Returns due to user negligence or change of mind are not accepted. Request acceptance will be on a case-by-case basis. Please be noted that you are responsible for all shipping costs.


LIMITED WARRANTY

What are your warranty policies?

AV One is an authorised retailer for all products listed. Products are covered by local warranty handled by the respective local distributors in Singapore.

Duration of warranty varies by brand and is subject to change by the distributors at any point in time. Please refer to the warranty stated on the product detail pages. 

You are required to retain an e-invoice or receipt throughout the duration of the warranty period. 

What is not covered by the Limited Warranty?

  • Defects caused by wear and tear, personal negligence, accident, mechanical damage, moisture, chemical products, abnormal impact or force majeure.

  • Modifications or repairs by third parties or yourself without the respective local distributors' approval.
