1. Delivery Timeframe & Conditions
Local Orders (Singapore):
- Orders are typically processed within three (3) working days upon payment confirmation.
- Delivery takes approximately 3–5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders will be delivered by courier services, and are subject to their individual delivery schedules.
International Orders:
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the courier service selected at checkout.
- Availability of couriers may be affected by the overall size and weight of your order.
- Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by local customs authorities.
2. Delivery Charges
Local Orders:
- Free delivery for orders above S$300.
- A delivery fee applies to orders below S$300, with courier selection available at checkout (subject to availability).
International Orders:
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery destination, courier service, and order weight and size.
- Final shipping costs will be reflected at checkout.
3. Order Tracking
Local Orders:
- For free local delivery, tracking numbers are not provided. For updates, please contact our service centre at +65 6382 2288 or email sales@av1group.com.sg.
- For courier deliveries, a tracking number will be emailed once the order is shipped. You can track your parcel via the selected courier’s website.
International Orders:
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You may monitor your delivery status via the courier’s online tracking system.
4. Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate to prevent delivery issues.
- For missed deliveries, please liaise directly with the appointed courier to arrange redelivery.
- AV One (S) Pte Ltd is not liable for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Once your order has been handed over to the courier, AV One (S) Pte Ltd is no longer responsible for any loss, damage, or delay that may occur during transit. At that point, responsibility lies with the appointed courier, and customers should contact the courier directly for any delivery-related claims or issues.
5. Delivery Exceptions
- Deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
- We do not deliver to restricted areas, including but not limited to military camps, Jurong Island, and other non-serviceable zones.
